GET TO KNOW ME

I'm a diversity and inclusion professional with over fifteen years of professional experience leading executive level systemic change in diversity, equity, and inclusion. I have served in various leadership positions including Vice President and Assistant Vice President. I have developed strategic planning for short term and long term goals for persistence, engagement, inclusion and graduation.

I have trained elected officials, county leadership, executive level leaders, and institutions such as higher education and non-profit institutions. Trainings include Active Allyship, Implicit/Unconscious Bias, Supporting Diverse Populations, Anti-Racism in Practice and many, many more. 

​

My speaking engagements include EDUCAUSE, Coconino County, and the US Air Force.
